Quality Assurance Engineer (Malayalee/Filipino/English Speaking)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Siauliai. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development processes and possess excellent communication skills. Experience in QA testing, automated testing, and defect tracking tools is required. This is a full-time position with free visa and ticket provided. Women are encouraged to apply.

Salary: 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of software products to identify any defects or issues
- Develop and execute test cases based on product specifications
- Collaborate with developers to resolve any issues that arise during testing
- Utilize automated testing tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Track defects and communicate them clearly to the development team
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in quality assurance testing for software products
- Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or TestComplete
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to think critically

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (Preference for Malayalees, Filipinos, English-speaking individuals)

Salary: 1700$ per month (Negotiable based on experience)
