As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting goals and targets, and developing strategies to achieve them. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet company targets and objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to ensure high performance levels
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional materials
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the sales industry (minimum 3 years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and report findings effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with attractive bonuses based on performance. This is a full-time position open to all nationalities who are legally allowed to work in Denmark.
