As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in the city of Herning. Your expertise in building design and functionality will be crucial in creating innovative and practical solutions for our clients. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$, and we will provide accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-Danish nationals if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and budget for commercial buildings
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Make adjustments to plans as needed during the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial building design and construction
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations
- Proficient in CAD software and other design programs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on projects in Denmark or other Nordic countries
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices
- Fluency in Danish or another Nordic language
