Junior Commercial Architect in Herning, Denmark


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects to design and develop innovative commercial spaces for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about architecture and wants to gain hands-on experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to create designs that meet client requirements and budget
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information on existing structures and assess potential for new projects
- Prepare cost estimates and materials specifications for client proposals
- Assist with project management tasks such as budget tracking, scheduling, and communication with contractors and suppliers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and materials to bring innovative solutions to projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 1100$ per month depending on qualifications and experience.
