We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, and other industrial structures. Your primary focus will be on designing spaces that optimize efficiency and productivity while also meeting all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial structures
- Design and create detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Utilize knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with all safety standards
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plan
- Make any necessary modifications or adjustments to designs based on client feedback or site conditions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to inform design decisions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations for industrial structures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Los Angeles, USA (candidates from India preferred)
