Junior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in the US. In this role, you will work closely with our architects and engineers to develop detailed construction drawings and specifications for various projects. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Architecture, strong technical skills, and a passion for sustainable design. Previous experience is preferred but freshers with relevant education will also be considered. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided, but visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating detailed architectural drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Prepare material specifications and cost estimates
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers during construction phase

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
