Commercial Architect - Copenhagen, Denmark



As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Copenhagen, Denmark. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to budget and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific design requirements and budget constraints
- Develop initial sketches and 3D models to present to clients for approval
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure design plans are being followed accurately
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget
- Handle any issues that may arise during construction, offering creative solutions as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture, preferably in Copenhagen
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Denmark
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of design aesthetics
- Biometric passport or Danish nationality preferred

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for non-local employees.
