We are seeking a motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Washington, D.C. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients through various online platforms. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, chat, and other virtual platforms
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Assist clients with technical issues and troubleshoot any problems they may encounter
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month.
