Junior Architectural Technologist



Our architecture firm in Greenland is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Architectural Technologist. This is a contract position ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating detailed drawings and plans for various architectural projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop designs that meet client requirements and building codes
- Conduct site visits and assist with project coordination
- Utilize CAD software to produce accurate and high-quality drawings
- Assist with preparing project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (or currently enrolled in an accredited program)
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines

Salary:
This is a paid position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Location:
The position will be based in our office in Greenland. However, due to the current circumstances, remote work may be required.

Experience:
Previous experience is not required but would be considered an asset. We are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
