Architectural Technologist - Greenland



We are a leading architectural firm in Greenland and we are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting the design and construction process by creating detailed technical drawings and providing technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop design concepts
- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Prepare construction documents including plans, sections, elevations, and details
- Ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist in a reputable firm
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Greenland
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
