Office Assistant - Al-Kuwait
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our office operations. This is a part-time position, perfect for individuals who are seeking flexibility in their work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national residing in Al-Kuwait
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
