Machine Operator

We are currently hiring a Machine Operator to join our team in Bayan, working full-time. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery to produce high-quality products. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Keep records of production output and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
