Maintenance and Repair Technician

As a Maintenance and Repair Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the upkeep and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities. This may include plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other general handyman duties. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting any issues that arise and providing solutions in a timely manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in maintenance or handyman work is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

We are also open to freshers who are eager to learn and grow in their skills as a handyman. Please note that this position requires an individual who already has their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and basic repairs
- Conduct minor plumbing and electrical work
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or facilities and provide effective solutions
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Communicate with team members about any ongoing projects or issues
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while performing tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor
