Plasterboard Worker Supervisor

We are in need of a skilled Plasterboard Worker Supervisor to join our team in Khanpur. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of plasterboard workers, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Plasterboard Worker
- Previous experience in supervising a team of workers
- Strong knowledge and skills in plasterboard installation and finishing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the work of plasterboard workers
- Assign tasks to workers and ensure deadlines are met
- Train new workers on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work and making necessary adjustments
- Order necessary materials and supplies for projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise on the job site
