Entry-Level Fitter

We are hiring an Entry-Level Fitter to join our team in Lisbon. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various mechanical components according to engineering drawings and specifications. This position is perfect for someone without prior experience, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Use hand and power tools to assemble mechanical components
- Conduct quality checks on finished assemblies to ensure they meet standards
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate with team members to coordinate project tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
- Valid work visa for Portugal (sponsorship available for qualified candidates)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
