Architectural Designer


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts based on client requirements, site analysis, and building codes
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare 3D models and visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Coordinate with contractors during construction to ensure adherence to design specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Maintain knowledge of current trends, technologies, and materials in the architectural field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
