Architectural Designer



We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for various projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the designs meet all requirements and are completed within the given time frame.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Creating detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Incorporating sustainable design principles into projects
- Communicating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensuring that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Preparing project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Presenting design concepts to clients for approval

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in India
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Clairvaux, France (accommodation provided if needed)
