We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients in the city. Your duties will include planting, watering, pruning, and maintaining the overall health and appearance of plants and flowers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and trimming various plants and flowers
- Maintaining the health and appearance of lawns by mowing, edging, and applying fertilizers
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pests
- Installing new plants and landscaping features according to client preferences
- Keeping outdoor spaces clean and free of debris
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment such as lawnmowers and trimmers
- Communicating with clients to understand their gardening preferences and needs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, trees, and their care requirements
- Ability to operate gardening equipment safely
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients
- Attention to detail for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces

Salary: $1800 per month
