IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations. As an Indian national, you will be based in Chelyabinsk, Russia and will be responsible for managing our IT team, systems, and networks. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of our company's technology operations
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our systems
- Ensure security and integrity of data, networks, and systems
- Monitor performance metrics and make necessary improvements
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to provide innovative solutions for our company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Extensive knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and system maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience with budgeting and resource allocation for department needs

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday. As an Indian national, you must have your own visa to work in Chelyabinsk.
