Experienced Turner for Machine Shop in Chelyabinsk

We are a well-established machine shop in Chelyabinsk, seeking an experienced Turner to join our team. As a Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to fabricate metal parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a Turner, with strong knowledge of different machining techniques and equipment. Proficiency in English is preferred but not required. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints and specifications to determine the appropriate machining techniques
- Set up and operate various machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain proper dimensions
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks
- Communicate with team members to ensure production goals are met

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Turner in a machine shop setting
- Proficient in working with various machining tools and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precision measurements
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English proficiency preferred)
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
