Equipment Operator


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team in Sheduva. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to perform tasks related to construction, excavation, and material handling.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to job site requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Understand and follow all safety regulations and procedures
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Complete daily equipment logs and reports
- Ensure all work is done according to quality standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans/blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.
