A reputable construction company in Sheduva is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and perform various tasks on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate heavy equipment according to job requirements
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Use equipment to move materials, level terrain, dig trenches, and perform other tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects on time
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and diagrams
- Knowledge of different types of heavy equipment and their functions
- Strong hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for international travel is preferred but not required
