Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Egyptian national, you should have a strong background in traditional Egyptian cuisine as well as experience with international cuisine. You will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining food quality and safety standards. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month and includes free visa and ticket. English proficiency is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that meet the needs of our diverse customer base
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to create budget plans and control costs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to continually improve menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian cuisine with the ability to create authentic dishes
- Experience with international cuisine is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
