We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to blueprints and welding codes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. We are looking for an experienced individual who is able to work independently and has at least 2 years of welding experience.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding codes
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal components
- Cut, shape, and weld metal parts using various tools and techniques
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding or a related field
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow welding codes
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
- Must have your own tools (welding machine, helmet, gloves)

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Overtime may be required depending on project deadlines. The successful candidate will also receive accommodation provided by the company.
