Body Repair Master

We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Sheduva. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. As a Body Repair Master, you will use your expertise in automotive repair techniques to identify and assess damage, determine the necessary repairs, and perform high-quality repairs using specialized tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and accurately assess the extent of the damage
- Determine the best repair method based on the type of damage and vehicle make/model
- Perform body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, welding, and painting
- Ensure all repairs are done according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Use specialized tools and equipment to achieve high-quality results
- Keep accurate records of all repairs performed
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair status and recommendations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of automotive repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
