Experienced Crane Operator

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Akron. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and objects. This is a physically demanding job that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes according to job requirements and safety regulations
- Inspect crane equipment before each use and report any malfunctions or issues
- Load and unload materials from trucks, ships, or other locations using the crane
- Manipulate crane controls to lift, lower, and move materials as needed
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Ensure proper placement and securement of materials before moving them
- Keep accurate records of materials moved and work performed

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting
- Knowledge of different types of cranes, their capabilities, and limitations
- Valid crane operator license or certification (CPCS or NCCCO preferred)
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures at all times
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Salary: This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per week.
