Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the exact boundaries, locations, and features of land. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate measurements and markings are made on the land. This position requires strong mathematical and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and topographical features
- Use surveying equipment to measure angles, distances, and elevations
- Prepare sketches and maps based on survey data
- Work with construction teams to ensure proper placement of structures on the land
- Perform research to gather information about property deeds, previous surveys, and other relevant documents
- Keep accurate records of survey data and produce reports as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on job sites
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying or a related position
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating angles, distances, and elevations
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail for accurately recording data and preparing reports

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Lom (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
