Loader Supervisor

The Loader Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of loaders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and warehouse operations, as well as strong leadership skills. This position is based in Atlanta, but candidates of Pakistani nationality with English proficiency are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of loaders, ensuring efficient and safe loading of goods onto trucks for delivery
- Train and develop new loaders, ensuring they understand safety protocols and loading procedures
- Create schedules for loader shifts to ensure adequate coverage and productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse manager to restock as needed
- Communicate with truck drivers to ensure timely loading and delivery of goods
- Handle any issues or complaints from truck drivers or loaders, escalating to upper management when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Keep records of loader performance, attendance, and any incidents that occur during shifts

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training in logistics or warehouse management is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics or warehouse operations; supervisory experience is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in English is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets) is preferred

Salary: $1000 per month

This is a full-time position with the standard work week being Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm. However, flexibility may be required based on the needs of the warehouse.
