Entry-Level Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as entry-level waiters/waitresses in Gujrat. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests. No previous experience is required as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take their orders and serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Answer any questions about menu items or daily specials
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables and refilling condiments
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Follow all food safety regulations and maintain a high standard of cleanliness at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a positive demeanor
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Gujrat
