Entry-level Glazier

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-level Glazier in Khanpur. As an Entry-level Glazier, you will be responsible for assisting experienced glaziers with installing, repairing, and replacing glass in various structures such as windows, doors, and skylights.

Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced glaziers with measuring and cutting glass to fit specific measurements.
- Install glass panes into frames using putty or other sealants.
- Secure glass panes into frames with clips, screws, or moldings.
- Replace damaged or broken glass panes in windows, doors, or other structures.
- Smooth edges of glass using sandpaper or other tools.
- Clean and prepare surfaces for installation by removing old putty, sealant, or paint.
- Operate equipment such as drills, saws, and suction cups to assist with installation.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on job sites.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions from experienced glaziers.
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity for handling tools and materials.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting glass accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Willingness to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:
While experience is not required for this role, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor.
- Knowledge of different types of glass and their uses.
- Familiarity with safety protocols on construction sites.

Salary:
The salary for this entry-level position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Khanpur. Candidates should be willing to commute within the city for work.
