An established architectural firm in Khanpur is seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. Your expertise in using advanced technology and software will be crucial in creating accurate and detailed plans, as well as improving project efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs that meet client requirements
- Utilize advanced software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create detailed plans
- Ensure all plans comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure plans are accurately executed
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other related software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and project management skills
