Part-time Architectural Technologist (Khanpur, Pakistan)


We are seeking a part-time Architectural Technologist to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals without experience in the field to gain valuable hands-on experience and build their portfolio while studying. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our team of architects and designers to assist in the creation of technical drawings and design development for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Architecture or related field is preferred but not required
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations is an asset but not required

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. The working hours are flexible to accommodate your studies or other commitments.
