Entry Level Baker - Oslo, Norway


We are a bustling bakery in the heart of Oslo, seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Entry Level Baker to join our team. As an entry level baker, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required for this role, but a passion for baking and willingness to learn is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation and baking of various breads, pastries, and desserts
- Measuring ingredients accurately and following recipes
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Learning how to use bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
- Assisting with packaging and labeling baked goods for sale
- Providing excellent customer service to our bakery patrons
- Adhering to health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Ability to work full time hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have own visa or valid work permit for Norway
- Basic understanding of baking principles is preferred but not required
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work well in a team environment

Salary:
As an entry level baker, you will start with a salary of $1600 per month. We also offer opportunities for growth within our company based on performance.
