We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Washington. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks within residential and commercial properties. This is a contract job that offers a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and identify any issues or damage
- Perform basic repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, and patching drywall
- Install and maintain appliances, furniture, and other fixtures
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Handle minor plumbing and electrical work
- Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas
- Keep track of inventory for necessary supplies and tools

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for the USA (preferred)
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
