Handyman for Property Maintenance


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Washington. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various repairs and maintenance tasks on our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good condition. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties and identify any repair or maintenance needs
- Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Fix or replace damaged appliances, fixtures, and furniture
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Install new equipment or fixtures as necessary
- Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, etc.
- Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs or maintenance issues
- Keep accurate records of all work performed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic construction and repair techniques
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and other team members
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if needed
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
