Baker (Filipino or Nepali) - Malindi, Kenya


We are in search of a skilled Baker to join our team in the bustling city of Malindi, Kenya. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods for our customers. Our ideal candidate will be a Filipino or Nepali national with a passion for baking and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive manner
- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and meet food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work with precision
- Good time management skills to ensure timely completion of orders
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills, English proficiency is not required but considered an asset
