Part Time Metal Worker
Location: Greenland


We are in need of a skilled Metal Worker to join our team on a part-time basis in Greenland. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment according to specifications and blueprints. This position requires experience in metalworking, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine job requirements
- Measure and mark dimensions of parts using precision measuring instruments
- Cut, shape, and bend metal using various tools such as saws, shears, and presses
- Weld or solder components together to fabricate metal structures or repair damaged parts
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Operate machinery such as drills, grinders, and lathes to shape and smooth metal pieces
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working with hazardous materials

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Metal Worker or similar role is required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately is essential
- Proficient in using various hand tools and machinery related to metalworking
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce precise work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills
- Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Greenland

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
