Sales Representative
We are a growing company based in Ajman, looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This position is open to Canadians who are seeking employment opportunities abroad and do not require English language skills. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training. Accommodation, free visa, and ticket will also be provided.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales leads to meet monthly targets. You will communicate with potential clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. Your main goal will be to build lasting relationships with clients and increase customer satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade others. Knowledge of the sales process and techniques is a plus but not required. You must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking events, and other channels
- Develop positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering solutions
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets within the specified time frame
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
- Canadian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) is an asset but not mandatory
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role is an advantage but not required
- Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for building strong relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently without supervision
