We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team in Lom. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, taking customer orders, and handling cash transactions. This is a full-time position with no English language requirements. We welcome all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to our company's standards
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service
- Communicate with customers about our products, promotions, and special offers
