Slinger Supervisor



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Slinger Supervisor to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Slinger Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of slingers and ensuring that all materials are safely and efficiently transported to the designated areas on the construction site.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of slingers
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Train new slingers on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure safe operation
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and order replacements as needed
- Maintain accurate records of materials transported by the team
- Communicate with other supervisors and project managers to coordinate material deliveries

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Slinger or similar role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to slinging operations
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: $1300 per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation. Visa sponsorship will be provided for Indian nationals.
