Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to passengers on board cruise ships. Your primary role will be to assist guests with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with guests from various nationalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers upon embarkation and assist with check-in process
- Provide information on cruise ship amenities, activities, and services
- Respond to passenger inquiries regarding onboard facilities, destinations, and excursions
- Resolve any issues or complaints raised by passengers in a prompt and courteous manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure passenger satisfaction
- Process payments for onboard services and handle currency exchanges
- Monitor guest feedback through surveys and take necessary actions for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset (Indian or Nepali preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1200 per month
City: Al-Khor (onboard cruise ship)
Note: This position is open to candidates of all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Indian or Nepali candidates who are fluent in English.
