Junior Front-End Web Developer

As a Junior Front-End Web Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of our company's websites. This includes coding, testing, and debugging web pages and applications for desktop and mobile devices. You will work closely with our team of designers, developers, and project managers to ensure that our websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for websites
- Collaborate with designers to turn wireframes into working web pages
- Test website functionality on various devices and browsers
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs in a timely manner
- Maintain and update existing websites as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in front-end web development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation

Location: Bergen (open to all nationalities)
Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
