Office Administrator - Vilnius, Lithuania
As an Office Administrator at our company, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will work closely with the office manager and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of meetings and presentations
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Monitor and maintain office cleanliness
- Liaise with vendors for office maintenance needs
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Egyptian or Nepali nationality
- Fluent in English
- Full-time availability
Salary: 1600$ per month
