IT Manager


We are in search of a skilled IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of our company in Mauren. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and maintaining all aspects of IT infrastructure, from hardware and software to network security and data backup. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for implementing efficient and reliable systems, ensuring data protection, and providing technical support to all employees. You must have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments and external vendors. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's goals
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including hardware/software maintenance and upgrades
- Oversee network security protocols, data backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency
- Provide technical support to all employees, including training on new systems or software
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and find solutions that meet their requirements
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors for hardware/software purchases or services
- Create budget proposals for annual technology expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Experience in managing various operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols
- Familiarity with database management (SQL)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Proven leadership skills
