We are in search of an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Mauren, India. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's information technology department. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing strategic plans for technology infrastructure, and ensuring the security and reliability of our systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management
- Familiarity with a variety of operating systems and platforms
- Knowledge of network security and data protection measures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, etc.
- Ensure the security and reliability of company data
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for system improvements
- Oversee budgeting for technology resources
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs

Salary:
