Administrative Manager - Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the office
- Maintain records and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for management
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Provide support for HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Supervise administrative staff members and delegate tasks accordingly
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administration
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800 USD per month. Additional benefits such as accommodation will be provided.
