Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Oslo, Norway


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the performance of all restaurant staff
- Create and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Train and mentor new staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Keep track of expenses, manage budgets, and report financial results to upper management

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using MS Office applications; knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month without accommodation. However, we are open to negotiation based on experience.
