Job Title: Senior Level Developer


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Level Developer to join our dynamic team in Alta, Norway. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex software applications, as well as providing technical guidance and support to junior developers.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet the business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Review code written by other developers and provide constructive feedback
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Mentor and coach junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our development processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.)
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git, SVN)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB)
