Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions for our clients
- Lead and mentor junior developers in the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are met
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve our products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Software Developer
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database design and management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of web development frameworks like React or Angular
