Fitter for Manufacturing Company in Akron, USA



We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our manufacturing company in Akron, USA. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining various mechanical systems and equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month and includes free visa and ticket for Malayalee candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using hand tools or machines
- Fit and assemble metal parts to create products according to specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other machinery to complete tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery or equipment
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in a manufacturing setting preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, etc.
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical dexterity
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required

Language Requirements:
No English language proficiency required
